End User License Agreement

1. License grant

After verified payment, LAKSH grants one named individual a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use LAKSH Pro v1 on up to three personally controlled browser devices. The license continues unless refunded, charged back, revoked for material breach or otherwise required by law.

2. Permitted output

You may use LAKSH Pro in personal and commercial music, performances, streams, videos, recordings and productions without paying LAKSH royalties on the resulting audio. You own your performances and productions subject to the rights of any other material you use.

3. Personal presets and imports

You may create and save presets and import NAM captures and IRs you are authorised to use. Your imported files and musical content remain yours. Preset data that incorporates LAKSH factory asset references does not grant a right to redistribute the underlying factory assets.

4. Restrictions

You may not:

• share, sell, publish or sublicense your restoration key;
• extract, distribute, sell or republish LAKSH factory NAM captures, IRs or protected asset containers;
• copy, modify or make a competing derivative from protected application code except where applicable law expressly permits;
• bypass trial, payment, device or asset-access controls;
• remove ownership notices or imply endorsement by LAKSH.

5. Updates and scope

The Founder License covers the LAKSH Pro v1 product generation and updates made available within it. It does not automatically include a future major version, separately sold expansion, hosted collaboration service or unrelated product.

6. Open-source software

Third-party open-source components are licensed under their respective notices and are not restricted by this EULA beyond their own terms. Those notices are provided with the product.

7. Termination

The license may be terminated for material breach, fraud, chargeback or key redistribution. On termination, paid factory access ends. Terms concerning ownership, restrictions, liability and applicable law survive as appropriate.
