1. Product and operator

LAKSH Pro Guitar System is an independently developed browser-based guitar processing product operated by Laksh Mishra, India. Product and billing support: lakshmishraofficial@gmail.com.

2. Trial and paid access

The free trial provides up to 15 minutes of active guitar or DI processing. Setup and ordinary browsing do not count. A LAKSH Pro Founder License is a one-time personal license for the LAKSH Pro v1 product generation.

• India price: ₹1,499. International price: US$49. The checkout displays the applicable amount before payment.
• The license may be activated on up to three personal browser devices.
• Future major versions, separately identified packs or services may be sold separately.
• Prices and future offers may change, but a completed purchase is not retroactively repriced.

3. Payment and activation

Payments are processed by Razorpay and the payment methods it presents. Access is issued only after server-side payment verification. Keep your restoration key private. You are responsible for using an accurate email address and maintaining access to your key. Contact support with your payment identifier if activation fails.

4. Acceptable use

You may use the software to practise, perform, record and produce audio. You may not bypass access controls, share or sell a license key, interfere with the service, automate trial creation, redistribute protected factory captures or IRs, or use the service unlawfully.

5. Your content

Your imported NAM captures, IRs, preset data, DI files and recordings remain yours. They are processed and stored locally by the browser unless a future feature clearly asks for permission to upload. You are responsible for having the rights to material you import.

6. Availability and compatibility

Real-time audio depends on a compatible modern browser, Web Audio/WebAssembly support, a functioning audio device and user-granted microphone permission. Reasonable efforts are made to keep the service available, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. Material changes affecting paid access will be communicated through the product where practical.

7. Ownership and third parties

The product interface, code, branding, factory presets and LAKSH assets are protected by their applicable rights and licenses. Open-source components remain governed by their own notices. Product names or marks of other companies belong to their respective owners; references do not imply endorsement.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the product is provided without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. LAKSH is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost recordings, browser data removal, equipment configuration or hearing damage. Always begin at a low output level and use appropriate monitoring. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights.

9. Suspension, refunds and law

Access may be suspended for fraud, chargeback, key sharing or material breach. Refund requests are handled under the published Refund and Cancellation Policy. These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to mandatory consumer jurisdiction and rights.
