Refund and Cancellation Policy

Before purchasing

Use the 15-minute active-playing trial with the same computer, browser and audio interface you intend to use. Confirm that input, output and the desired rig work correctly. Contact support before payment if you are uncertain.

Cancellation

A one-time license has no recurring subscription and therefore nothing to cancel for future billing. Closing checkout before completing payment creates no license and no charge from LAKSH.

Eligible refund review

Email a request within seven calendar days of purchase when:

• you were charged more than once for the same intended license;
• payment completed but LAKSH cannot issue or restore access after reasonable support steps; or
• a verified technical defect prevents material use on a browser/device that worked during the trial.

Include the purchase email, Razorpay payment ID, date and a concise description. Never send card numbers, UPI PINs or passwords.

Normally ineligible situations

Refunds are normally not provided for change of mind after digital access is issued, failure to test during the available trial, unsupported hardware/browser configuration, removal of browser-local files, license-key sharing, abuse, or dissatisfaction caused by user-created/imported content.

Processing

Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method through the payment provider. Bank or provider posting time is outside LAKSH’s control. A refunded or charged-back license is revoked. This policy does not restrict rights that applicable consumer law makes mandatory.
